About the Role

What You Will Do
Supervise and coordinate the work of concrete laborers to ensure efficient progress and high-quality results.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including materials used and labor hours worked.
What We Are Looking For
Minimum of Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience as a Concrete Foreman in road construction.
Strong practical experience in bridge, culvert, and highway construction.
