We're looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at tante-e, one of the leading Shopify agencies in Germany.
About the Role
As a Frontend Developer at tante-e, you will work on clients' Shopify stores, improving performance, usability, and code quality. You'll collaborate with design, account management, QA teams, and project teams to bring technical expertise into solutions and decisions.
Responsibilities
Implement design templates cleanly and with great attention to detail in the frontend.
Ensure that design, interaction, and technical quality work together consistently and at a high level.
Build meaningful flexibility into shop structures (e.g. via the Theme Editor, metafields, or comparable mechanisms).
Implement functional extensions such as configurators, discount logics, or custom features.
Analyze error patterns, fix bugs in a structured way, and help ensure that systems run reliably.
Advise project teams and account management on technical feasibility and on a sensible approach to individual requirements.
