About the Role
As an Engineering Technician at Belcan, you will work closely with engineers and technicians to install, commission, test, operate, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in our prototypes. Your hands-on experience and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
What You Will Do
Work closely with engineers and technicians to install, commission, test, operate, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in our prototypes.
Support installation, commissioning, decommissioning, and operations for Form's battery module prototypes.
Perform hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems to identify and resolve root causes of complex failures.
Conduct wiring and assembly of industrial control, power, and data acquisition circuitry with high precision.
Execute test plans to characterize the performance and functionality of battery systems under the direction of engineers.
Support Form's first responder program to minimize energized downtime.
Maintain clear, comprehensive, and accurate logs of test data, system modifications, and troubleshooting steps to ensure seamless knowledge sharing across the test operations team.
