About the Role
You’ll be responsible for defining and executing the design strategy for our healthcare platform, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, efficient, and user-centered. You’ll work closely with engineering and product to ship value, close feedback loops, and validate outcomes with real users.
What You Will Do
Lead design across the full experience of doctors and clinics — from onboarding to daily workflow.
Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing design team that ships value and owns problems end to end.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and product to align on goals, validate outcomes, and close feedback loops.
Design through user behavior and real human psychology — not just aesthetics, but usability and impact.
Integrate AI into design thinking, prototyping, and leadership — not as a tool, but as a core part of your process.
Prove impact with user data and metrics — you’ll pull your own data or pair with analysts to decide what to build next.
Build a team that ships value and wants to stay — designers who own their problems and ship things that matter.
