More specifically, you will:
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, working closely with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams to keep the process moving smoothly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive, professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Support recruiters with sourcing activities, job postings, candidate pipeline management, and interview materials preparation.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve scheduling efficiency, candidate engagement, and workflow automation.
Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with global HR and talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support company-wide recruiting initiatives.
