As a Learning Support Assistant at Tradewind Recruitment, you will be working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students who require additional help.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work in one of our partner schools. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs, including those with physical or sensory impairments.
Responsibilities
Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
Assist students with their academic work, including reading, writing, and math
Support students with special educational needs, including those with physical or sensory impairments
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and other support staff
