About the Role
As a Growth Associate, you’ll learn every aspect of building a successful career in modern real estate advisory. You’ll interact with prospective homebuyers and investors, manage digital marketing leads, create content, and build your personal brand across social platforms. What You Will Do
Interact with prospective homebuyers and investors to understand their needs and aspirations.
Recommend suitable residential projects and conduct project presentations and site visits.
Manage enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns and nurture customer relationships.
Support the end-to-end customer journey from enquiry to booking.
Learn how to build your professional brand on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
Create content around real estate, investments, and market trends.
Use CRM platforms and modern sales technology, including AI and automation tools.
Study Bangalore’s residential real estate market and track investment opportunities.
