About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team at Adjuvant Behavioral Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our company's HR strategy and processes, driving growth and success across the US.
Primary Responsibilities
Strategic Vision and Development: Design and implement a holistic People / HR strategy across Recruiting, onboarding, performance management and retention
Build and implement the recruiting strategy for Adjuvant's ambitious growth expansion across the US, across Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles
Optimize Job descriptions, roles and onboarding/offboarding process for various programs across the organization
Lead ABH's external brand and marketing strategy, including website management, social media and event strategy in partnership with executive leadership and BD
Pipeline development for various roles and initiatives as indicated.
