About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Resume Reviewer to join our team. As an AI Resume Reviewer, you will be responsible for reviewing resumes and providing feedback on how to improve them to increase the chances of getting past applicant tracking systems (ATS) and in front of recruiters.
Responsibilities
Review resumes and provide feedback on how to improve them to increase the chances of getting past ATS and in front of recruiters.
Analyze resumes using our AI-powered ATS checker to identify areas for improvement.
Provide actionable tips and recommendations to help candidates optimize their resumes for ATS compatibility.
What We Are Looking For
Must-have Keywords: Deep Learning Architectures, Large Language Models, Reinforcement Learning, TensorFlow Model Optimization, PyTorch MLOps.
Nice-to-Have Skills: Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, LLMs & Foundation Models, VAEs/GANs Ethical AI Considerations Systems Thinking.
