About the Role
We're looking for a talented Product Engineer to join our small software team in San Francisco. As a Product Engineer at YC, you'll be responsible for designing and building new features for our hiring platform, workatastartup.com, as well as exploring how YC can leverage its unique structural advantages to help founders hire great people and build their companies after the batch ends.
What You Will Do
Design and build out new features in entirety
Scope and prioritize items on our post-batch roadmap alongside YC partners and others on the YC software team
Analyze usage and engagement from both founders, job-seekers and other users to understand what’s working/not working, and make things continuously better
