Senior Interior Designer
Join our team as a Senior Interior Designer and contribute to the creation of stunning spaces that exceed client expectations.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead our Decorating/FF&E; team in delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Studio Directors to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of decorating/design concepts from project implementation to completion
Prepare, develop, and produce project drawings, including furniture plans, custom furniture drawings, elevations, lighting plans, and custom decorative finish drawings
Produce 3D models and renderings
Prepare, develop, and produce project documentation, including room schemes, room sheets, decorating budgets with high/low options, and decorating schedules with project milestones and decision dates
Place final orders on behalf of clients and expedite long-lead items to ensure timely delivery
Inspect decorative items upon delivery and arrange for remediation if required
Oversee the installation of all decorative items
What We Are Looking For:
High-end luxury interior design knowledge
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office programs
Sophisticated knowledge of interior design principles/practices
Able to make decisions and communicate in a fast-paced environment
Goal and detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
