About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Human Resources Business Partner to support our growing veterinary hospital network across the MidAtlantic and Southcentral Regions.
Provide guidance and coaching on HR-related matters including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement.
Build strong working relationships with regional operations leaders and Central Support employees.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with recruiting partners.
Lead and support investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes while maintaining a fair and consistent approach.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, engagement, retention) and use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Lead and support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations across assigned region.
