About the Role
We are seeking an experienced 5/6 Axis CNC Milling Machinist to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain complex 5/6 axis CNC milling machines
Produce high-quality products with precision and efficiency
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in 5/6 axis milling machining
Deep understanding of CAD/CAM principles and practical experience with 3D CAD & CAM software
Expert ability to work with and manipulate XYZ coordinates to achieve unparalleled accuracy
Proficient in CNC simulation to validate and optimize machining programs before execution
