About the Role
We are looking for a Tester AI / Automation Engineer to join our global team responsible for building scalable, automated testing solutions for CRM platforms and AI-driven components. The role combines test automation (TOSCA or similar), functional testing, and AI testing, including prompt engineering and validation of AI-based features.
What You Will Do
Design, develop and maintain automated test cases using TOSCA (or other automation tools).
Create and execute functional and regression test scenarios.
Build scalable, high-quality automation components aligned with engineering best practices.
Perform AI testing, including prompt engineering and validation of AI-driven functionalities.
Review business and system requirements, identifying defects early in the lifecycle.
Estimate testing effort for new features and regression cycles.
Manage defects, test environments, and testing metrics.
Collaborate with global teams and ensure release governance is met.
