ABOUT THE ROLE
The role is to support John, who has a physical disability and uses an electric wheelchair.
John lives with his wife & two cats in Glen Huntly, VIC, 3163. Living close to the Glen Huntly / Caulfield area is essential.
The role is to support John in his home to assist in things such as having a shower, going to the toilet & getting dressed.
This role has an expectation of a minimum of 6 months.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Getting John in and out of bed (slide transfer, lifting machines not used)
Maintain personal hygiene e.g. showering & using the toilet
Inactive sleepovers may be required at different times
Skills and Experiences
Be prepared for guided instruction and collaboration during tasks
On the job training will be provided
Additional Information
Police check and vaccination status will be required.
Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Drivers License preferable.
