About the Role
You will be a key architect and implementer of our core platform, working closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions. Your work will directly impact how brands understand and optimize their marketing performance.
What You Will Do
Design and develop fullstack applications using TypeScript, React, and backend services.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and BigQuery.
Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration.
Implement performance optimizations for large-scale data and user interfaces.
Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Work remotely from anywhere in Canada with flexible hours to support your personal and professional growth.
Contribute to technical architecture decisions and help define best practices for our engineering team.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience building fullstack applications with TypeScript and React.
3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries (e.g., React).
Proven experience building and maintaining REST and GraphQL APIs.
Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for data modeling and querying.
Ability to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy and minimal supervision.
Experience balancing rapid development with long-term maintainability.
Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Python for backend or automation tasks.
Experience building design systems for scalable UI components.
Experience optimizing frontends for large datasets and long load times.
Experience with data visualization tools or libraries.
Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech domains.
