About the Role
Develop and implement process integration strategies to improve product yield and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products and processes
Conduct experiments and analyze data to optimize process conditions
Communicate technical results and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
M.S. or PhD in a related field (e.g., electrical engineering, materials science)
5+ years of experience in process integration or a related field
Detailed knowledge of memory technologies and semiconductor device physics
Strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and circuit issues
Familiarity with data analysis, DOE, statistical techniques, and project management
Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
