Join TransPerfect’s GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team to provide exceptional technical support for our suite of products. You’ll troubleshoot issues, manage licenses, document solutions, and train colleagues — directly impacting customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. What You Will Do
Build advanced understanding of GlobalLink technologies
Monitor and respond to user queries via the ticketing system
Troubleshoot technical issues related to GlobalLink products
Manage and generate licenses for some GlobalLink applications
Work in collaboration with our development team and product owners reporting bugs and tracking issues in the ticketing platform
Document issues internally for future reference using existing templates
Post and maintain information related to GlobalLink, customer requirements, or support procedures on the Intranet
Train and guide less experienced colleagues on GlobalLink and other applications
Assist in creating training materials for new and existing software and procedures
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
What We Are Looking For
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Ability to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
Excellent skills with Windows
Interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people and being part of a team
Ability to follow procedures to meet deadlines
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
Ability to self-learn new technologies and skills based on documentation, eLearning, and simulated test scenarios
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience in a similar position
Experience in technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting and tracking support issues and defects
