About the Role
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Melbourne’s CBD. You will lead operational excellence across legal services, ensuring seamless delivery of support to vulnerable communities. Your work will directly impact the organisation’s ability to deliver justice and equity.
What You Will Do
Design and implement operational systems that improve efficiency and service delivery.
Lead process improvement initiatives across legal operations.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure operational alignment with mission and values.
Manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder communications.
Support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and operational metrics.
Provide leadership and mentorship to operational staff.
Ensure operational resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in operations within legal, professional services, or community settings.
Deep understanding of legal service delivery and operational frameworks.
Strong project management and change management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimisation, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with digital tools and operational software.
