Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management. Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury operations. Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies. Support fundraising, due diligence, investor reporting, and financial modeling. Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency. Ensure timely payroll accounting and vendor payment processes. Drive process automation and continuous improvement in finance operations. Required Qualifications: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification. 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Prior experience in a SaaS, technology startup, or high-growth company is preferred. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
