About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified Incident Command and Crisis Response Specialist based in the Philippines to support the development and operationalization of emergency response systems, with a strong focus on incident management structures, field coordination, and responder support mechanisms.

Support the design and implementation of emergency response systems.
Develop and operationalize incident management structures.
Coordinate field activities and provide support to responders.
