We are seeking an experienced Agency Banking Officer to join our team in Abuja. As a key member of our agency banking team, you will be responsible for marketing POS services to businesses, training agents on banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
Marketing of POS to qualified businesses
Maintain a relationship with the businesses onboarded
Train agents on banking products, POS usage, compliance, and customer service
Monitor agent performance and transaction activities
Ensure agents meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
