About the Role
The CMMS Maximo Administrator is responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support facility operations and maintenance activities across the global portfolio.
This role ensures data integrity, system functionality, and user adoption while providing technical expertise, training, and analytical insights to maximize operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Manage comprehensive user maintenance including setup, security profiles, and site access permissions
Upload new site information, assets, schedules, and procedures as sites come online
Develop and maintain accuracy of work order related data ensuring consistency across the portfolio
Support management in quality assurance review of work order data accuracy
Measure and publish KPI metrics to the management team
Provide training to end users and serve as liaison for problem solving and escalation
