About the Role
As an Employment Supervisor at our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients achieve their employment goals. You will be responsible for supervising a team, providing leadership and development support, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership, development support and supervision to direct service staff by leading team meetings; providing individual supervision, coaching and goal-setting;
Manage workload and prioritize tasks; and help staff troubleshoot challenges.
Ensure compliance of self and employment team with all policies, procedures, and protocols of the agency.
