Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth

What You Will Do
Develop and execute a vision for AI/ML engineering at SurveyMonkey
Lead the development of new AI/ML technologies and features
Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into our products
What We Are Looking For
10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams and mentoring junior engineers
Strong technical expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and experimental design (A/B testing)
Nice to Have
Experience with product thinking and ability to translate ambiguous or high-level product needs into concrete, defensible data science problems and solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (e.g., Executives, Product Managers, Marketing)
