About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Settlement Administrator Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with senior managers to provide consistent superior client service and manage a full case load of matters.
What You Will Do
Project Management: Proactively spot issues and confer with leadership to develop a plan for mitigation.
Project Execution: Manage cases to meet and exceed project requirements and deadlines, within budget and at the highest quality standards.
Research & Communication: Handle escalated claim inquiries and communicate findings with clients, claimants, managers, and/or Senior Managers as needed.
Reporting & Documentation: Review project reporting and summaries for accuracy and completeness to identify case-related issues to be addressed.
