About the Role
The Data Systems Administrator - IT Device Operations will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all device-related services within the Technology Office, including lifecycle, configuration, support, security, reliability, and governance of ILSOS desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, peripherals, and telecommunication endpoints.
What You Will Do
Process & Platform Governance: Oversees Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Asset, and CMDB processes for all device and telecom services;
Architecture Integration: Aligns Device Operations activities to IT4IT value streams: Strategy to Portfolio, Requirement to Deploy, Request to Fulfill and Detect to Correct;
Security & Compliance: Maintains compliant endpoint configurations (CIS baselines, encryption, patching);
Endpoint Management Leadership: Governs image development, application packaging, software deployment, and OS lifecycle;
Device Operations Management: Oversees deployment, support, and lifecycle management of desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and peripherals;
Telecommunications / Contact Center Support: Oversees telecom endpoint provisioning, MACD processes, softphone/VoIP readiness, and ACD device reliability;
Reporting, Governance, and Stakeholder Engagement: Provides standardized reporting on patching, SLAs, NIST compliance, device health, and telecom performance;
