Responsibilities:
Own the design vision, execution quality, and team development for a critical product domain
Define and own the end-to-end experience strategy and design quality bar for your product area
Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of product designers through critique, coaching, and hands-on collaboration
Contribute directly to product design work, spending a significant portion of time in the tools solving high-impact problems
Partner as an equal with Product and Engineering leaders to shape roadmap direction and product decisions
