We are looking for a Regional Director for Asia who will lead our regional office in Phnom Penh and have overall responsibility for Danmission’s engagement in Cambodia and Myanmar. As Regional Director, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the office.
About the Role
Lead our regional office in Phnom Penh with ten staff members.
Oversee two country programmes with twenty partner organisations.
What You Will Do
Ensure strong programme delivery, effective team management, and solid collaboration with partners and headquarters in Denmark.
Drive our growth agenda in Asia while motivating staff and supporting strong local partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
Extensive knowledge of international development and Asia as a region.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and programmes.
Ability to drive growth agenda while motivating staff and supporting strong local partnerships.
