What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels of staff.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and Nigerian labor regulations.
Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Conduct HR analytics to measure performance and recommend improvements.
Manage HR budget and resources efficiently.
