As Supply and Distribution Manager, you will lead fulfilment operations that supply stock to Vinnies stores, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely distribution of inventory. This role is pivotal to our mission of community support, and you will manage a team of Warehouse General Hands and Forklift Drivers to maintain seamless operations.
About the Role
Lead and supervise a team of Warehouse General Hands and Forklift drivers
Ensure stock are sorted, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
Manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations
Monitor daily productivity targets and ensure SLAs are met
Ensure that work and safety procedures are always complied with
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve supply chain issues that may arise.
