About the Role
Identify emerging and complex IT issues, facilitate resolution of undocumented issues through investigation, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Mac, Windows, and Linux operating systems
Comfortable with command line-interface
Experience with learning management systems
MS O365 and Exchange administration support experience
SaaS administration support experience
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in IT support, information systems, or related field
Minimum of five years of experience in IT support
