We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and shop drawings, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring that all technical documentation complies with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and shop drawings, developing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), coordinating with design and project teams, and ensuring that all technical documentation complies with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to ensure coordination and accuracy.
Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for project estimation, procurement, and execution.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
Prepare material schedules, specifications, and technical submittals.
Ensure all drawings and BOQs comply with project requirements, local regulations, and industry standards.
Support the procurement team by providing accurate quantities and technical information.
