About the Role
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our offices in Buenos Aires.
Drive a “Data First” culture with business and technology collaborators.
Lead all aspects of Medallion-style environments on Databricks and Snowflake (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
What You Will Do
Owning key batch and streaming data pipelines, ensuring performance, reliability and cost efficiency.
Promoting DataOps, data quality, observability, security and regulatory compliance.
Enabling sophisticated analytics and AI/ML use cases across the region.
What We Are Looking For
Strong experience leading enterprise data platforms in hybrid or multi cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Lakehouse/Medallion architectures.
Proven record designing and operating data pipelines (batch and streaming) and data models for analytics and AI/ML.
