This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Financial Counsellor to join our team in Nhulunbuy. You will work closely with clients to provide financial counselling, advocacy and practical support to help them regain control and build long-term financial wellbeing.
Responsibilities
Provide financial counselling, advocacy and practical support to individuals experiencing financial hardship
Work closely with clients to understand their financial situation and develop a plan to achieve their goals
Build trust and engage with diverse communities to provide culturally respectful practice
Develop strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the work of Anglicare NT
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in financial counselling
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the East Arnhem Money Support Hub
