About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Linux Systems Security Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure systems and processes to protect our spacecraft and software from cyber threats.
Responsibilities
Design and implement secure systems and processes to protect our spacecraft and software from cyber threats
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the company
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our products and services
Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and provide recommendations for improving our security posture
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 6 years of experience in information security with focus on Linux systems security engineering
Deep expertise in Linux internals, including kernel security mechanisms and managing userspace
Hands-on experience architecting and deploying centralized Linux identity solutions
Proven experience with configuration management tools at enterprise scale
Strong understanding of Linux security hardening, including CIS Benchmarks and STIGs
