An established and growing building automation specialist is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of BMS and controls projects across the Midlands region.

An excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to manage projects from initial design through to commissioning and client handover.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple BMS projects simultaneously from inception through to completion
Coordinate project planning, resource allocation, and programme management
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontract services
Monitor project costs, variations, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Support commissioning activities and final client handovers
Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates
