We are seeking a highly experienced, disciplined, and uncompromising Internal Control Manager to strengthen our revenue assurance, compliance, and operational control functions across passenger/courier operations.
Manage all aspects of internal controls including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly experienced Internal Control Manager who can lead our internal control functions across passenger/courier operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in internal controls and risk management.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management principles.
Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
