About the Role
We are looking for a senior customer success manager to join our team in Singapore. As a senior customer success manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products.
What You Will Do

Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer adoption and retention.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.
