Senior Programme Manager, Public Health Emergencies & Pandemics
The Senior Programme Manager for Public Health Emergencies and Pandemics will play a crucial role in ensuring Gavi is prepared for and can effectively respond to vaccine-preventable public health emergencies.

This position involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, leading rapid assessments, and driving operational delivery during emergencies. The manager will also refine tools and guidance to strengthen preparedness systems and support decision-making through evidence and analysis.

What We Are Looking For
8-12 years of global health experience
Experience in outbreak and pandemic preparedness
Advanced degree in medicine or public health
Fluency in English; French preferred
Expertise in outbreak response frameworks
Knowledge of vaccine value chain
Experience in public health programming and grant management
Strong analytical and rapid assessment skills
Ability to coordinate stakeholders in emergencies
Operational delivery experience in crisis contexts
