About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to join our Through Life Support team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on delivering support to existing and new Austal customers.
What You Will Do
Lead the development of Austal electrical upgrade and modification packages and electrical system development.
Development of Austal OEM electrical and power systems
Management of electrical obsolescence issues
Support: Provide specialist electrical engineering support to projects
Vessel control and automation systems
Ongoing maintenance and upgrade support for in-service vessels
Warranty-related investigations and rectifications
