About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Specialist / Engineer to join our manufacturing operations team. The successful candidate will support Quality, Health, Safety & Environment activities across production operations while contributing to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and ISO system implementation within the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
Support preparation and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems
Prepare for external audits, certification audits, and customer audits
Attend customer audits and support closing observations and findings
Prepare corrective action plans and ensure proper implementation and follow-up
Create, update, and improve SOPs, Work Instructions, Checklists, Forms, and QHSE documentation
Monitor implementation and compliance of SOPs across production and operational departments
Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
Follow up on non-conformities (NCRs), corrective actions (CAPA), and customer complaints
Conduct routine safety inspections and risk assessments across factory areas
Ensure proper implementation of PPE and safety procedures
