About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD.
Responsibilities:
Process timecards and payroll for multiple companies.
Review and address timecard and payroll discrepancies.
Review and reconcile payroll.
Prepare and record payroll journal entries.
Assist employees with timecard or payroll questions or issues.
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma required but AA preferred
Basic knowledge of payroll and accounting
Minimum of 2 years payroll experience preferred
Effective analytical skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective computer skills including spreadsheet and office application software
