What You Will Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Schedule appointments with clients to the respective clinics.
What We Are Looking For
Any Graduate (any qualification listed).
Excellent English Fluency.
Good communication skills.
Age between 18-32 years.
Preferably Females.
Proficiency in Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Tamil, or Marathi.
Experience: 0 to 3+ years as a Call Center Representative.
Work Type: Onsite (not work from home).
Salary: Fixed monthly, ranging from ₹2.2 Lakh to ₹4.00 Lakh based on experience.
