About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engineer who is ready to step up into disciplinary and technical leadership. As a key partner for Product and Design, you will ensure that our frontend isn't just user-friendly, but a benchmark for digital health accessibility.
Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively oversee and orchestrate development across several concurrent projects
Shape the Engineering Culture: You are the mentor and disciplinary lead for the team. You don’t just “manage” them; you empower them to grow, collaborating closely through Scrum while remaining hands-on with the code yourself
Pioneer AI & Automation: Actively use LLMs for coding and spearhead the development of a multi-agent environment to multiply the team's efficiency and capabilities
