Infrastructure Administrator
PharmaLogic is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Administrator to support and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure and networking environments across multiple locations.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on technical professional who thrives in both remote and on-site environments and is comfortable traveling to support infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of systems, drive improvements, and ensure high availability and performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers across virtualized environments (Hyper-V, VMware)
Manage and support enterprise storage solutions (HPE, Dell SAN, Synology)
Administer Microsoft Azure infrastructure including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services
Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of infrastructure systems
Ensure high availability, redundancy, and system resilience across environments
Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure-related issues
