About the Role
The Events and Enrichment Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing the student experience through the development, coordination, and delivery of a diverse programme of enrichment activities, student-led clubs and societies, sports opportunities, volunteering initiatives, and institutional events.
Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate a varied programme of student enrichment activities that enhance the overall student experience.
Support the establishment, growth and sustainability of student clubs, societies, sports clubs, and other student-led initiatives.
Coordinate the planning, promotion, and delivery of a calendar of student-facing and institutional events.
Lead on the organisation of events including: Welcome and induction activities Student training and development programmes International celebrations Institutional events
Recruit, train, and support student representatives and club committee members.
Build strong relationships with clubs and societies, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
Develop new clubs, societies, and enrichment opportunities in response to student interests.
Manage equipment inventories and resources associated with student activities.
