About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel & Resort Coordinator to support clients with accommodation planning, reservation coordination, and hospitality-related services.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with hotel and resort accommodation planning and booking requests
Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, reservation details, and itinerary updates
Coordinate with hospitality partners to confirm accommodations and related services
Maintain accurate booking records and client information
Provide timely responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and online communication platforms
Support event and group travel coordination when applicable
Research accommodation options and provide recommendations based on client needs
Monitor reservation changes and assist with modifications or updates
