The position
Elephant Ed are looking for charismatic, energetic, and passionate Workshop Facilitators to join our growing team.
Elephant Ed takes a youth-centred delivery model, tackling the big issues in a fun and accessible way. At the heart of this role, is the ability to adapt to diverse classroom environments, create safe spaces, connect authentically with young people, and have fun whilst doing so!
This position demands a candidate who is excited about the opportunity to create generational change, and empower young people across the state to make informed, positive and safe decisions.
A bit about us
Since 2015, Elephant Ed has been transforming the way sex education is taught across Australia. We work with students, universities, educators, parents and community groups to facilitate interactive, informative and inclusive sex education workshops.
Our workshops are evidence based, comprehensive and embraces all young people, regardless of their gender, sexuality or background.
Core responsibilities
Facilitate interactive workshops through open discussion, engaging activities and stimulated learning
Travel throughout metro and regional NSW to deliver workshops in schools, universities and community groups
Opportunities to travel interstate where relevant
Partake in ongoing training and professional development
Represent Elephant Ed's core values: Inclusivity, Growth, Education and Passion on a daily basis
