About the Role
As an IT Engineer at Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the technological backbone of our operations. You will be responsible for managing surveillance systems, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing technical support to end-users while ensuring system reliability and security. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on operational continuity and digital security across our facilities in Lagos and Abuja.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain surveillance systems including CCTV and access control.
Administer network infrastructure including Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and switches.
Provide technical support for end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
Maintain and update system software including Windows and macOS.
Manage asset inventory including licenses, hardware, and software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting operational continuity.
Ensure system security and data integrity across all platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain IT solutions.
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in configuring IP cameras/CCTV systems.
Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows/macOS systems.
Proficiency in basic networking (routing, switching, cabling).
Experience in office equipment maintenance (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, intercom systems).
Experience in network administration (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, ISP connections).
Experience in asset management (inventory, licenses, components).
Experience in surveillance & security systems management (CCTV, access control, security logs).
Experience in technical support for staff software/hardware/connectivity issues.
